I’ve worn this hat for a year. It’s comfortable and it stays put, even in big swells and gnarly shore beak. My favorite feature is the easily flippable bill so you can see forward when paddling out.

Have not gotten this hat into the water yet, but I can tell that it is going to be amazing! Sturdy design, high quality clasp which is an issue with other surf hats that I have bought. This one is very very sturdy. And the brim flips up, which I don't remember being in the description. So functional! I can flip it up if I need better visual on the lineup, etc. and snap it back down if I am in the sun. Cute print on mine; not sure the name, but it is the rainbow fade. I'm going to post it on my socials and recommend it to my surfer friends.
I got Ocean Fader in L/XL. It looks and fits great. It has full coverage over the head which I prefer vs a mesh back, and keeps the sun off my face. By design, it stays on very well - hasn’t come off while duck diving in larger surf. People often ask about it because it’s unique and cool. Highly recommended!
Love it! Looks great, straps and hat are comfy, and floats. Bought it for windsurfing, but it's already held up to 55 mph jet ski sessions without flying off or flipping back all weird. Love it!

I was trying to find an alternative to sunblock when I sawa friend was using one of these hats. At first I was very suspicious I wasn't going to like wearing it. But after trying I was so positively surprised. The fabric is so light and it feels very comfortable even when turtle diving or piercing through waves. The strings keep it in place without being annoying. It dries in 3 hours and my friend's has lasted 4 years and she surfs like 5 days a week! No more burnt head/face for me. Will probably get a spare cause I am SOLD on these! Thanks!!!
